1. Free Attendance Device Policy
e-jonaki offers a promotional tier where partner institutions can qualify for 1 (one) Free RFID Smart Attendance Device. This allocation is strictly bounded by student capacity and integration status.
The Core Condition:
- The institution must have a minimum headcount of 200 active students on the ERP platform.
- All 200 student ID cards must be processed, generated, and purchased directly through e-jonaki printing infrastructure.
- Only 1 device is allocated per 200 students under this complimentary protocol. Additional devices require standard commercial procurement.
2. ID Card Processing & Logistics
Student identity cards printed by e-jonaki match premium structural standards (High-quality PVC, smart RFID embedded if requested). The institution is responsible for providing verified student data, clean portrait photographs, and accurate institutional logos.
Once the digital proof/draft is approved by the institute authority, no further revisions can be processed during the printing phase. Production and distribution logistics timeline ranges between 7 to 14 working days.
3. SaaS Platform License & Fair Use
e-jonaki grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable cloud software subscription to the purchasing institute. System scaling, hosting resource limits, and teacher-student dashboard profiles will depend strictly on the subscribed tier.
System manipulation, malicious API requests, or attempts to clone the source environment under raw PHP/MySQL architecture will result in permanent instance suspension without refunds.
4. Financial Agreements & Billing
All monthly, bi-annual, or annual subscription fees must be cleared systematically via authorized payment gateways (Mobile Banking BDT gateways, Bank deposits) within the stipulated invoice cycle.
Failure to clear dues within 15 days past the grace period will prompt automated system lockouts, interrupting attendance synchronization across live hardware gateways.
5. Information Guardrails & Security
We remain deeply committed to safeguarding student data, attendance analytics, and internal payment history. Standard backup matrix models and secure encryption endpoints prevent external information leakages.
e-jonaki operates as an ecosystem partner under Emergence Lab. We do not sell or leverage your internal data grids to third-party advertising clusters.
