Discover how e-jonaki collects, encrypts, and safeguards student profiles, institutional records, and automation logs.

1. Information We Collect

To deliver seamless school management services, e-jonaki processes minimal yet necessary data matrices injected by institutional admins. This includes Student Profiles (Names, Roll numbers, Class groups), Parent Contacts (for automated SMS alerts), Teacher and Staff Directory details, and log registries.

2. Purpose of Data Utilization

Collected inputs are strictly utilized to execute automated operations inside the core engine. This encompasses rendering real-time dashboard analytics, triggering SMS webhooks for student attendance updates, processing bulk PDF report cards, and optimizing system scaling.

3. Device & Cloud Gateways Encryption

Our hardware infrastructure (RFID Smart Attendance Devices) syncs logs with the core database using encrypted transmission APIs. Biometric strings or card UID numbers are safely cross-referenced. The web platform environment runs over secure MySQL storage nodes backed by strict server-side architecture to eliminate unauthorized horizontal access.

4. Third-Party Sharing Parameters

e-jonaki operates as a reliable ecosystem component under Emergence Lab. We explicitly maintain a strict **No-Ads and No-Data-Selling** mandate. Student metrics, contact data channels, and operational records are never shared, leased, or distributed to advertising networks or external brokers.

5. Institutional Ownership of Data

Partner institutes retain absolute ownership over the data grids they populate. Authorized school admins hold total rights to modify, update, archive, or purge records from their dashboards. Upon formal contractual terminations, active cloud spaces are permanently securely erased from live mirrors within 30 business days.
